Data we collect

This site does not use accounts, logins, or input forms. Any numbers or states entered into the take-home pay calculator are processed entirely within your browser and are never transmitted to our servers or stored externally. When using the search feature, full search terms are not transmitted; typing a query only fetches a static index file corresponding to the first letter and a static file for job and metro names.

Advertising

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of third-party vendor use of cookies for personalized advertising by visiting aboutads.info.

Consent

For visitors located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (CMP) message is displayed to collect and manage cookie consent preferences.

Analytics

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics to understand website traffic and performance.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track individual visitors across sites.

Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, approximate location derived from your IP address, browser and device type, and the site you came from. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy. You can opt out by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Data retention periods are set in our Google Analytics account.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When changes are made, the revision date on the first line of this page will be updated accordingly.
