This site provides transparent salary intelligence for 10 IT occupations based on certified U.S. Department of Labor H-1B Labor Condition Application (LCA) disclosure data. You can explore offered median base salaries across companies, job roles, and metropolitan areas, as well as calculate estimated take-home pay after federal, state, and payroll taxes.

Who runs this site

This site is an independent project run by one person. It is not a company, a recruiter, or an immigration service.

It started from a simple problem. The U.S. Department of Labor publishes H-1B wage filings for free, but each quarterly file has hundreds of thousands of rows and is hard to use. This site turns those files into pages you can browse by company, role, and metro area, and adds a take-home pay estimate so you can compare offers by what you actually keep after taxes.

How the site is funded

The site may show ads to cover hosting costs. No employer pays to be listed, ranked, or removed. Every number on the site comes only from the public data and the method described on the methodology page.

How errors are fixed

If you find a wrong number, send it through the contact page. Each report is checked against the original DOL file. If the error comes from this site's processing, the fix is applied in the next data update. If the original filing itself is wrong, the site keeps the filed value, because it reports the public record as published.

Updates

The database is updated on a quarterly cycle following the disclosure release from the U.S. Department of Labor Office of Foreign Labor Certification. Each release aggregates data from the most recent three years (12 quarters) to reflect recent compensation trends. The exact covered period is shown in the footer of each page.
